The City of Forest Park is seeking qualified janitorial service providers to deliver routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance services across its owned and leased facilities, with an initial focus on eight primary locations. The goal is to ensure all City buildings remain clean, safe, and sanitary for staff, residents, and visitors. The contract will commence with a one-year term and includes two optional one-year renewal periods at the City’s sole discretion, allowing flexibility to extend services based on performance and operational needs. Additional facilities requiring janitorial services may be added during the contract period under the same terms. Bids must be submitted by August 21, 2026, and the solicitation is open to experienced providers capable of meeting the City’s standards for cleanliness and reliability. The contract is managed through the Georgia State Procurement system, with Talisa Adams serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries. All services must be performed within the State of Georgia, and the City reserves the right to evaluate proposals based on experience, pricing, and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality janitorial support across multiple sites.
