This objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to facilitate contractor program support services to the DEA's Intelligence Program (NC) and its program offices: Office of Intelligence Program (NI), Office of National Security Intelligence (NN), Office of Special Intelligence (NN), and including the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC). The Intelligence Program provides dedicated analytical support to DEA investigations, programs, and operations worldwide by collecting, collating, analyzing, and disseminating tactical, investigative, and strategic drug intelligence to federal, state, local, and foreign agencies. The Intelligence Program significantly impacts the drug threat facing the United States by support effective law enforcement operations against drug trafficking organizations.
