Sound Transit 2027 Origin Destination Survey RP 0108-26 Closing Date: 10/21/2026 02:00:00 PM PT Detail: Sound Transit is requesting Proposals from firms to conduct the next origin-destination survey of Sound Transit riders in spring of 2027. The purpose of these studies is two-fold: to provide data in support of the “After” segment of the Before and After Study, which will investigate the impacts of the Lynnwood Link Extension and Federal Way Link Extension; and to collect information about rider characteristics for use in ridership modeling, equity analyses, and other research and reporting purposes.
