2027 Roadway Condition Assessment Program

The City of Saskatoon is seeking a qualified professional consulting engineering firm for the 2027 Roadway Condition Assessment Program, with a performance period ending December 31, 2027. The primary scope involves the acquisition, processing, and evaluation of pavement condition data for all paved roadways in the city, including Pavement Condition Index ratings based on ASTM D6433-09 and International Roughness Index measurements based on ASTM E 1926-08.
