Please provide quotation for the above referenced project for Oswego County Land Bank. Requirements of quote: File required project notifications and mobilize. Establish regulated work areas, critical barriers, negative-air filtration and worker decontamination facilities as required.Remove ACM according to attached survey. Dispose of ACM as regulated asbestos waste at an approved facility. Tipping fees to be paid by Land Bank if applicable to job and size (discuss with Land Bank). Hauler must have County landfill permit if taking to County facility. HEPA vacuum and wet-clean the regulated work areas. Coordinate required visual inspection and final air-clearance testing. Air monitoring fees to be paid by Land Bank and to be Land Bank’s monitor of choice. Coordinate with Land Bank. Include start date and number of days necessary to complete job.
