PW WIB FORM 1. WORK LOCATION BASE: San Nicolas Island BUILDING NO.: 114 ROOM NO.: Northeast exterior PARENT WORK ORDER NUMBER: 2. COMMAND NAME (THAT IS USED IN MAXIMO): PWD Ventura 3. PROJECT TITLE: WIB Replace Emergency Generator SANNIC 114GEN 4. IMPACT: The emergency generator provides back-up power when the plant generators lose power. The generator is obsolete and safety issues arise when the power plant operators have to troubleshoot power plant issues with minimal/no lighting. 5. DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Disconnect all electrical and fuel lines, drain all liquids, and remove generator. Replace/install new generator with “LIKE” specifications. Reconnect all electrical, fuel/liquid lines. The new replacement generator will be placed inside a weather protective building/shed and possibly re-located 20 feet to the east to accommodate the footprint of the weather protective building/shed. 7. PROVIDE ASSET NAME & ENSURE DCR HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH NOTES. (FOS responsibility): UMA454000203 8. PROVIDE BUILDER SR NUMBERS ASSOCIATED TO PROJECT (FOS responsibility): 20811786 9. FUNDING: CNIC 10.
