26-062 Owner’s Representative Project Manager for Pensacola International Airport Terminal Expansion

The City of Pensacola is seeking a qualified firm to provide Owner's Representative and Project Management services for the Pensacola International Airport Terminal Expansion and Modernization Program. This role includes overseeing the expansion and related enabling projects, such as the Packaged Chiller Building, to ensure all objectives regarding safety, budget, schedule, and regulatory compliance are met. The selected consultant will act as a trusted advisor to maintain operational continuity and enhance the passenger experience while minimizing disruptions to airport activities. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2027 with a target completion date in 2028.
