Current Contractor: DNS Solutions, Inc Current Contract Term: 12/1/2023 to 11/30/2026 Current Contract Total: $51,120.00 Current Contract Monthly Cost: $1,420.00 Bidder Qualifications (All requirements must fulfilled at the time of bid opening or bid will be disregarded): Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. Bidder shall be required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434) and shall provide the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with the bid (see Attachment 1). Registration shall be effective on the day of the bid opening, or the bidder may be deemed non-responsive.
