November 14, 2013 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05151400003 for the requirement of 2nd Quarter Bread items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311812. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning January 2, 2014. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
