The Indiana Army National Guard is seeking a single contractor for the delivery and installation of industrial shelving at the Kokomo Armory in Kokomo, Indiana. The project involves increasing storage capacity across three specific areas within the facility. Because the government will not provide measurements or diagrams, vendors are responsible for conducting their own site assessments, creating detailed drawings, and providing all materials necessary for installation. All shelving must be uniform and sourced from a single manufacturer. Qualified bidders must submit comprehensive quotes by April 19, 2013, including their organization's contact information, tax identification, and a detailed price breakdown for labor, delivery, and installation. Submissions must also include the proposed project timeline and technical drawings. This is a total small business set-aside contract, and the award will be granted to the contractor offering the best solution to meet the stated requirements. Final acceptance of the work requires a sign-off from the government point of contact and the complete removal of all debris from the worksite.

**Cancelled** Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) purchase and install
Solicitation # W912L926QA012
The Indiana National Guard has cancelled this pre-solicitation request for the current fiscal year, though it may become available in the next. The project envisioned a design-build, turn-key installation of a closed-network IP-based Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system to monitor the exterior and parking areas of Buildings 733, 734, and 735 at the MTC-ATT facility in Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The technical requirements specified the installation of five fixed IP bullet cameras and one panoramic multi-sensor camera, integrated with Axis Camera Station 5 software and a dedicated network video recorder. The system was required to be TAA compliant, NGB approved, and physically isolated from external networks, with a mandatory 21-day video retention period. The solicitation was intended to be issued exclusively through the CHESS ITES-4H contract vehicle, with a small business set-aside on SAM.gov as a contingency. Under NAICS 561621, the prime contractor would have been required to self-perform at least 25 percent of the contract cost and provide objective proof of in-house technical capability, including manufacturer-specific certifications and W-2 employee verification. The scope of work included all engineering, Cat6 plenum cabling, installation, and end-user training, concluding with a final walkthrough and a one-year warranty on all materials and labor.
