The 35519767 CWSP - Keswick 11019712 PH 2.1 Project involves infrastructure improvements by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) within the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) right of way along State Route 299 in Shasta County, specifically from post mile 19.043 to 20.001 near Shasta and Redding.
