SPECIAL NOTICE Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Progressive Surface, 4695 Danvers Drive SE, Grands Rapid, Michigan 49512-4018 under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This requirement is Hardware, Software and Installation for Shot Peen Upgrade for Corpus Christi Army Depot's Shot Peen Machines. This special notice is not a request for proposals or quotations, no solicitation package will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Office within 3 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this requirement.
