This contract is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside solicitation for the removal and disposal of a single 500-gallon above-ground used oil storage tank located at Riverside National Cemetery in California. The work, classified as a non-personal services contract under PSC S205, requires the contractor to safely pump out, clean, dismantle, and transport the tank to an approved recycling or disposal facility in full compliance with environmental regulations including RCRA, EPA, California DTSC, DOT, and OSHA standards. The contractor must also restore the work area to a clean and safe condition, provide documentation such as EPA Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Disposal or Recycling, weight tickets, and photo documentation of the removal process.
