This requirement is to remove water from within the interstitial space of the designated fuel tank in Building 6 located at Kokee Air Station on Kauai, Hawaii. Water within the walls of a fuel storage tank can lead to significant issues. This water can accumulate due to condensation, leaks, or groundwater intrusion, and it poses several risks.
