Update 10 June 2026: Q&A document posted. Response due date extended to 01 Jul 26. The Government is coordinating a potential site visit. If determined feasible, the RFQ Document will be revised to reflect the extended response due date and will include the site visit time, date, and instructions.
This requirement is to remove water from within the interstitial space of the designated fuel tank in Building 6 located at Kokee Air Station on Kauai, Hawaii. Water within the walls of a fuel storage tank can lead to significant issues. This water can accumulate due to condensation, leaks, or groundwater intrusion, and it poses several risks.
