392 CTS STK License Renewal

Contract FA255026F0004 is a firm-fixed-price award for the renewal of Systems Tool Kit (STK) software licenses to support the 392 Combat Training Squadron. Managed by the 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, the procurement is executed as a sole-source award to Analytical Graphics Inc. (AGI) under a Blanket Purchase Agreement. This non-competitive approach is justified under FAR 8.405-6 because AGI's proprietary software suite, which includes STK, ODTK, SatPro, Astrogator, EOIR, and Data Federate, is unique and essential for Space Force modeling, simulation, wargaming, testing, and training missions with no commercially available equivalents.
