This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0463A-12-T-0014, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, effective 27 Aug 2012. The relevant NAICS code is 811310 with Small Business Size Standards of 7.0 million dollars. The Naval Experimental Diving Unit, Panama City, FL, has a requirement for support providing services including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, specialized tools, and equipment for the replacement of the chiller and storage tank with a new Trane 30 Ton Chiller and 200 gallon anti-rust tank.
