The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a sources-sought market research initiative to identify qualified contractors capable of designing, fabricating, and delivering a replacement shell-and-tube heat exchanger for reverse osmosis water heating at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
