The 445 TES has a non-personal services requirment for an initial Weed Abatement and landscape at 4091 Kinley Ave, Nellis AFB, NV. Specifically, the surrounding areas at building 1733, to include the parking area perimeter. Initial cleanup will include: remove and clear large weeds and grasses from parking lot islands and surrounding areas of building 1733 within 100 feet. Contracts will collect and remove all trash and debris in parking lots and around building 1733, including water retention basins and trim all trees and bushes to maintain a well-kept appearance, and clean building 1733 front lobby windows and "mesh" shade screens. Quarterly weed abatement contract will provide at least four (4) follow-up services during the period of performance. These services will include: weed abatement, tree trimming, and cleaning as described in the Statement of Work. All labor, equipment and supplies will be provided by the Contractor. 


No site visits will be scheduled prior to the solicitation closing.
