This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: Portable Lavatory Structure Requirements: Mobility of Structure: Must be on a trailer for movement of lavatory. Water Supply and Waste Disposal: 1.Supply water tank over 300 gallons with water pressure unit included which may be powered by electricity and/or powered by solar/battery combination. 2.300 Gallon Waste Holding Tank. 3.Waste disposable via service truck and dump station.4. Design facilitates cleaning and maintenance of supply, waste, and grey water holding tanks. Lighting for use and safety during night operations: 1. Powered by electricity and/or powered by solar/battery combination. 2.Interior and exterior lights must operate independently. Necessary Components: Multiple (4 or more) stalls per structure/unit,toilets, water heater, sink(s), exhaust fan(s) or turbines which can be closed and opened by the user, toilet paper holder(s),door(s) with inside lock & outside key lock for off hours, non-skid flooring,insulated and heated (any means) for use in cold climates (to 20 degrees Fahrenheight sustained). Delivery cost must be included. FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Defense Finance and Accounting under provisions of Wide Area Work Flow under Net 30 Terms.
