Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at the Oregon Zoo, 4001 SW Canyon Rd, Portland, OR 97221, on May 27th at 9:00 a.m.. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFQu requirements .
Proposal Writing Coaching
For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on May 22nd to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
