THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS OR BIDS. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin (LCB), Yuma Area Office (YAO), is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing 8-inch End-port Pressure Vessels and required equipment as described below. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
The purpose of this announcement is to determine the availability and capability of qualified business concerns, including but not limited to Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Responses received will assist the Government in determining an appropriate acquisition strategy, including the potential for small business set-asides.
