On or about March 13, 2014, USACE- Omaha District intends to solicit and negotiate a project on a sole source procurement under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number W9128F-14-Q-0002 with Gus Pech Manufacturing Co., Inc.. The Project is for Drill Rig Repair/Upgrade Master BPA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform service for drilling rig repair, maintenance, and upgrade and is being processed under the NAICS Code 811310, Commercial and Industrial machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The Omaha District currently owns and operates three drill rigs which were originally designed, manufactured, and assembled by Gus Pech Manufacturing, Co., Inc. This project is being processed under the authority of FAR 6.203-1. The notice of intent is not a request for proposal; however, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
