Interested vendors must submit a capability statement by June 30, 2026, detailing company information, socioeconomic status under NAICS 811310, relevant technical expertise with AGSE or comparable equipment, and examples of past performance with similar load testing contracts. Vendors must clarify whether testing will be conducted on-site at Westover ARB or off-site at a certified facility, as transportation capabilities may be required. This opportunity is set aside for total small business participation, and responses must be submitted electronically to the Department of Defense point of contact, Robert E.
