This contract solicits bread products for the Federal Correctional Institution in Beckley, West Virginia, covering the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, from July 1 through September 30, 2026. The requirement is for the delivery of three specific bread items: whole wheat sandwich loaves, finger (hot dog) rolls, and sandwich (hamburger) rolls, all of which must be fresh, pan-baked, sliced, enriched, seedless, and delivered within 48 hours of baking in strict compliance with the National Menu Specifications and standardized CID codes.
