Repairs and maintenance of existing fire alarm and sprinkler system. Current system is: Gamewell-FCI S3 Series main panel; 1 local, addressable annunciator; 317 sprinkler heads; 1 addressable, conventional pull station; 1 addressable, photoelectric smoke detector; and all other associated equipment. Replacement of sprinkler heads, fire pulls, board upgrades, etc. Service will be requested on an as needed basis. Must include Service Call, Hourly Rates, Overtime Hourly Rates, and a percent mark-up for parts and materials.
