The “Maintain Parking Garage Safety” project will replace waterproofing joint sealants throughout the garage, as well as remove and patch concrete at the joints between slabs where water intrusion has caused damage. This work is to be performed over weekends to avoid conflicts with VA operations.


The contractor will also procure and coordinate with a firm, THP LTD, qualified to perform consulting service regarding structural condition of the garage, including review of floors, soffits, perimeter walls, façade, stair tower, and other elements to note any deterioration, water damage, as well as any structural and waterproofing conditions required for remedy.
