Vendor will provide complete sealed plans and building material package for three pavilions per specifications shown below. Bidder must be a manufacturer of prefabricated buildings for at least two years. Steel shelter structure using minimum live load 30 PSF, minimum wind load 80 mph. Buildings will be 16x16 all steel square shelter with 4:12 or 6:12 roof pitch and four square columns. Structural steel frames shall be fabricated from structural steel tubing conforming to ASTM A-500. All structural steel members shall be designed in accordance with the requirements of American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI). Steel will be coated to protect it from rust using Poli-5000 or equivalent process. The Metal Roof shall be pre-cut, 24-gauge galvanized steel panel roof and deck system with brown Kynar or equivalent color paint on the top and beige paint on the ceiling surface. Panel shall provide one purling bearing leg and provide a 36 net coverage. Multi-rib roofing will be pre-cut to length and angle. Panels shall be attached to steel frame with self-drilling screws per manufacturers instructions. Trim shall be roll-formed steel with matching roof color
