Full Description

This is to notify offerors of amendment 2 to the RFQ. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 1 requires an upgrade to the Audio/Visual (A/V) system to incorporate video teleconference (VTC) capability in the Information Center Training Room at 5 Post Office Square, Boston, MA 02109. The EPA Region 1 Information Center Training Room (IC) in the McCormack building is highly utilized for in-house trainings. These trainings often consist of dozens of participants and are both for large and small priority trainings. The IC Training Room currently lacks the ability to perform a VTC. This feature is necessary to facilitate the ability for users to attend trainings from other locations. This upgrade would give EPA Region 1 the ability to extend the potential class sizes for training events, and would also allow Region 1 to work with other Regions/Headquarters to either host or attend EPA VTC trainings.
