The United States Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to issue a sole source modification to Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Number W15P7T-04-D-L606 with Cubic Defense Applications. This modification will increase the contract ceiling by 19 million dollars, raising the total from 15 million dollars to 34 million dollars. The additional funding is designated for Time and Materials line items to support the procurement of spare parts and the provision of depot level and field support services for the Ground Data Terminal, which serves as the ground segment of the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar Systems Surveillance and Control Data Link. This action is being conducted as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1 and 10USC2304(c)(1) because the government lacks the detailed technical data necessary for other sources to produce interchangeable spare parts. Consequently, no formal solicitation will be issued for this modification. Interested parties are encouraged to utilize the IBOP website as part of the Army Single Face to Industry for further engagement with CECOM LCMC.
