Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted regarding the solicitation. As a result of these questions and responses, the response due date will be extended to June 23, 2026 at 10am. Question: Please clarify if a superintendent can be a dual hat to cover the requirements of SSHO? Answer: This is not construction, this is a professional services contract. Construction management is not required. A site superintendent is not required for professional services contracts. Applicable persons performing certified labor shall meet OSHA requirements for the applicable work area and work being performed where qualified personnel perform equipment start up and verification.   Question: If no to the question above, will the SSHO need to be full-time for this project? Answer: This is not construction, this is a professional services contract. Construction management is not required. A site superintendent is not required for professional services contracts. Applicable persons performing certified labor shall meet OSHA requirements for the applicable work area and work being performed where qualified personnel perform equipment start up and verification.   Question: Please clarify if a superintendent can be a dual hat to cover the requirements of QA/QC?
