THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS TO INFORM ANY AND ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS THAT THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT 20 NOVEMBER 2002 AT 0900 HRS. PLEASE MEET AT THE PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE MAIN GATE VISITOR CENTER ON HWY A1A. ANY QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 1200 HRS. ON 21 NOVEMBER 2002 TO THE POINT OF CONTACT INDICATED BELOW. PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT.
