The Department of the Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services
for 647 A-E Projects: KNMD 250006 Ni-CAD Battery Shop and KNMD 260001 Joint Mission Planning
Facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.
This acquisition is for non-personal A-E services to prepare a complete and usable set of 100 percent
construction documents, including drawings, specifications, supporting calculations, basis of design
narratives, cost estimates, and other required deliverables suitable for bidding and construction. The
acquisition will be conducted in accordance with RFO Subpart 36.


Project 1: Ni-CAD Battery Shop (KNMD 250006) A-E services for Project Number KNMD 250006, Renovate Ni-CAD Battery Shop B2131H, located at Building 2131H, Room 128, JBPHH, Hawaii. The selected firm shall prepare a complete 100 percent design package for renovation of approximately 671 square feet of interior space.
