65--Dialysis Machines - Fresenius J&A attached

The Miami VA Contracting office plans to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Fresenius for the supply of Fresenius 2008T dialysis systems equipped with CDX and Crit-Line Clip features. The contract will be executed under specific federal acquisition regulations, including FAR part 12 for commercial items, FAR part 13 for simplified acquisition procedures, and FAR part 6.302, which permits limited competition under certain circumstances.
