Request for Information: Medtronic Spinal Cord Stimulators, leads and related accessories THE PURPOSE OF THIS RFI IS SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE SOLICITATION. The Veterans Affairs ("VA") Des Moines Division requests your response to this Request for Information ("RFI") for VISN 23, Des Moines VA Medtronic surgical supplies. This request for information is in support of a market survey being conducted by the VA to determine qualified sources capable of providing Medtronic products. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 42350. The small business size standard is 100 employees. Purpose of the contract: The purpose of the contract is to provide the Des Moines VA timely Medtronic supplies. Scope or mission of the contract: The mission and scope of this contract is to provide the surgical supplies in a timely manner as required by the Des Moines VA for scheduled surgeries. Delivery: supplies shall be delivered to the Des Moines VA, 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, IA 50310. This requirement is expected to last twelve (12) months. Any information provided in response to this Request for Information will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected. Responses to this Request for Information are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
