65--Notice of Intent

The Department of Defense's Western Regional Contracting Office in Tacoma, Washington, plans to award a firm fixed price contract valued at $101,002 to Hologic Inc. for the purchase of an InSight2 Surgical Mini C-Arm Fluoroscopic System along with related items. This procurement is intended as a one-time purchase, and all consumable products must be compatible with the existing Hologic Surgical Fluoroscopic System currently at the Madigan Health Care System in Fort Lewis, Washington. The acquisition will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, allowing the government to solicit and negotiate with a single source without a competitive process.
