Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center, intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.106, with Reinhart Medical LLC 10617 SW 15th LN Gainesville, Fl 32607-6342 as the only responsible source that can provide the following equipment to the Department of Veterans Affairs Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Fl 32608 under Request for Proposal VA248-12-Q-1489 for the following items: • OSCAR 3, OS3000, generator • OSCAR foot switch – ORFS300. A justification for other than full and open competition is prepared in support of this acquisition. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract for purchase of the above listed equipment. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the 13.106, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement will be a small business set aside. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
