Full Description

The Department of Veterans SAO Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45409 intends to enter into a sole source purchase order agreement with Corps Biologics, LLC, 1105 Matheson Drive, Leander, TX 78641. Pursuant to 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute). COs may use the non-competitive (sole source) procedures authorized in VAAR 819.7007 or 819.7008 up to $5,000,000. It is the Government s belief a sole source award to the proposed candidate for the required Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer 3 provides the best value to the Government. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 339115, Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to contact@example.gov by 3:00pm e.s.t. on July 24, 2018. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
