Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.
This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small business.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must have physical characteristics to enable the government to perform the capabilities:
Stealth Midas MR8 Drills: Must operate up to 75,000 RPM for efficient bone and biomaterial removal Must be Ergonomic and Lightweight handpieces to reduce fatigue and improve control during long procedures Must have reduce vibration and chatter to deliver a smoother cutting and better precision Must operate at lower temperature to minimize tissue and instrument heat damage Must have streamlined attachments profiles and adjustable tools to enhance surgical site visualization.
FUNCTIONAL AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must provide the functional and performance capability as listed in above section.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, parts, materials, equipment, travel, and labor necessary to provide and install the instrumentation described above. Contractors will be required to provide an on-station in-service on the proper use and setup of the equipment and training for the end user.
WARRANTY OF EQUIPMENT: Government requirement for standard manufacturer industry warranty term. The government does not accept an extended warranty, which requires advance payment.
Delivery shall be provided no later than 30 days after receipt of order.
