The Department of Veterans Affairs through its Network Contracting Office 15 is conducting a sources sought market research effort to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying, delivering, and installing a single 8-foot motorized parallel bar for use at the Kansas City VA Medical Center in Missouri. This is not a formal solicitation and no quotes or offers will be accepted or evaluated; the sole purpose is to gather information on available products, vendor capabilities, and market readiness. Respondents must submit a comprehensive package via email to Kelly Malec no later than May 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST, including company name, address, point of contact, phone, fax, email, UEI number, GSA contract details (if applicable), a capability statement demonstrating ability to fulfill the requirement, detailed product brochures with full specifications, an authorized distributor letter from the original equipment manufacturer, and documentation certifying compliance with the Buy American Act under FAR 52.225-1. All vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with FAR 4.11 and 4.12 regarding unique entity identification and electronic representations. Firms claiming small business or service-disabled veteran-owned status must be verified through the VA’s VetCert system.
