Remote access must be secured through hardened bastion hosts, with privileged sessions monitored, logged, and recorded. Technical support must be available 24/7/365 with a 60-minute response window for emergencies and resolution within 24 hours. The contractor must provide two annual training sessions for IHS staff, including one off-site at the manufacturer’s facility, and ensure all personnel complete HIPAA and cybersecurity training.
