THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SINGLE SOURCE AWARD
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price award to Biofrontera Inc. for the procurement of the RhodoLED XL device. This equipment is required for the Dermatology Clinic at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106 1(b), which allows for sole source procurement when only one responsible source is capable of providing the required supplies due to their unique or highly specialized nature. A Sole Source Justification has been completed and approved in accordance with applicable regulations. Period of Performance: April 13, 2026 May 12, 2026.
