FY26 Pneumatic Tube System Maintenance and Software Support Svc.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for preventive maintenance and software support services for the TransLogic/Swisslog pneumatic tube system at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, Florida. The scope of work involves maintaining a system comprising approximately 89 stations, 70 transfer units, and 11 blowers. Requirements include four scheduled quarterly visits per year, with two visits covering 100 percent of the system and two interim visits covering 50 percent of high-use components.
