This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for commercial Pneumatic Tube System Preventive Maintenance and Software Support Services for the existing TransLogic/Swisslog pneumatic tube system at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida.
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Government intends to award this requirement to TransLogic Corporation, a Swisslog Healthcare company, as the only responsible source capable of providing the complete preventive maintenance and software support requirement for the existing TransLogic/Swisslog system. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and/or capability statement by the response deadline for Government consideration.
Period of Performance: 09/30/2026 – 09/29/2027, with four (4) 12-month option periods.
