The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L Roudebush VAMC, NCO 10 Contracting Activity intends to solicit to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR 6.103-1, soliciting from a single source for the following items listed below. NAICS code for this is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The LB vendor will be SpaceLabs Healthcare LLC, located at 35301 SE Center Street, Snoqualmie, WA 98065-9216.
Description of requirements:
The Richard L Roudebush VAMC is requesting the purchase of the Made in America, 1 (one), Temporal Artery Thermometer. These are the only items that will meet the current Cerner integration for the Fort Wayne Campus.
