The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AVMedical LLC for Medical Testing Equipment at the Garner VA Clinic. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 soliciting from an SDVOSB single source.
Under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Part 873, the contractor agrees to provide Medical Testing Equipment to The Garner VA Clinic located at 2700 Benson Rd. Garner, NC 27529.
