The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, on behalf of the Iowa City VA Health Care System (ICVAHCS) is conducting market research to learn of the availability and capability of business sources qualified to provide the items listed below. All business sizes are encouraged to reply at this stage. Your response should include answers to the questions below to help us determine if socioeconomic set-aside procedures, small business set-aside procedures, or unrestricted procedures will be used.
