This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to TrillaMed for the purchase of Venue R3 ultrasound system, array probes, and associated items. Estimated value of this acquisition is ~$107k. Estimated award date is on or before July 16, 2021. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Information available to the Contracting Officer indicates that TrillaMed is authorized to provide the required items and eligible for award. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which shall be considered by the agency for future procurements but shall in no way bind the agency.
