This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R4026Q0034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Over hall Effective Apr 2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
