The NF/SG VISN 8 - Lake City Procurement Business Division intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 13 with Vicon Motion Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is an upgrade to existing equipment and is required to assimilate previously collected data with future planned collections. This upgrade allows the Human Motor Performance Laboratory to use cameras in a wide range of studies and investigations, from gait analysis to small hand measurements. It also intergrates 64 channels of analog data and two high speed cameras for presenting the data and analyses. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, June 23, 2008.
