The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vicon Motion Systems Inc 7388 S Revere Pkwy Suite 901 Centennial, CO 80112 for (1) 8 MX-T20S Cameras (2) 1 MX Giganet lab (3) 1 Giganet BNC Interface (4) 3 Nexus Seats (5) 5 PECS Control Seats (6) 11 Superclamps (7) 11 Pan-tilt heads to conduct studies. This equipment can only be provided by Vicon to match our existing Vicon system and no other equipment would meet functionality requirements. This requirement will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. A delivery schedule will need to be coordinated and delivered NLT July 8, 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment as described above must notify this Contracting Officer at contact@example.gov NLT June 17, 2011 at Noon EST. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
