70 -- 3-D DYNAMIC SAND TABLE BASE UNIT

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL-SSC) intends to negotiate a contract on the basis of Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. NRL will negotiate with Xenotran Corp, Airport Park Road, Suite 205, Glen Burnie, MD 21061 for procurement of a leading edge geospatial technology that permits the 3-Dimensional rendering of physical terrain and oceanographic data within a centralized visualization table. NRL requires the added capability of viewing physical 3-Dimensional terrain and oceanographic data models within a unique command center type environment that allows operational planning exercises to be viewed by a small (10 to 20 member) situational awareness team. Must be capable of adding user defined features. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above services shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered to be non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. No telephone requests will be accepted in response to this notification. Only written information received directly from requestors will be considered.
